Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to allow availability for others, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the consultation fee.

  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-show) will result in a charge of 100% of the consultation fee.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time via the provided contact details.
